Fantastic Location

Beautiful views from the upstairs balcony of Coco Bay! We all enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the beach and see the turtles, rays and nurse sharks. The washer and dryer was great! Beds very comfortable.

Lovely escape

Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant . Everything we needed was provided. We loved sitting on the upstairs porch and watching the sunrise over the beautiful bay. Walking on the beach, seeing turtles and rays and stargazing in the dark were bonuses! Laundry super useful too.

Excellent location

Great location to feed turtles at Coco Bay. Visit Syd's for some squid and they will eat out of your hand. Gillam Bay was perfect for beachcombing and we found everyone on the island to be friendly and helpful. House was great for our family of 5.

Beautiful location and scenery

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful VRBO! The location is absolutely stunning, especially the peaceful sunrises each morning. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The only recommendation we’d make is to consider adding a generator, as we experienced a few power outages during the week. Otherwise, a great place for a family getaway!

My parents were in the upstairs apartment, which is very nice! We were in the downstairs apartment...not quite as nice, but still a great place. My only complaint was the downstairs bathroom doors didn't offer much privacy! Otherwise...great location and nice, comfortable rental. Would definitely recommend!

Great house, Great location,Great views

We Rented the entire house for the week. The house had everything, quality furniture, cookware, comfy beds and pillows, plenty of towels including beach towels. Cons- No beach chairs, no ceiling fans on porch, weak water pressure. We have stayed at numerous houses over the years, this was one out favorites. Thanks James (owner)

Lo Key Villa

I stayed at Lo Key Villa for a week over New Years with my wife, mother and 3 year old daughter. The location of the property right next to Coco Bay is stunning with amazing views and the beach just a few steps away. It would have been great if the house had included a kayak or paddle board to take advantage of this! The house is in good condition and is effectively two individual self sufficient homes, one upstairs and one downstairs, which was ideal for our situation. The local property manager was responsive to any questions or issues we had and check in was simple. Where the house fell a little short was in cleanliness on arrival and the wifi connection being poor. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Beautiful location

Place is great as it was previously with a beautiful view. Only issue was the downstairs plumbing was constantly backing up. Went to town and bought a plunger and still backed up so contacted property person listed. Said she would send someone but continued. Her response when seeing downstairs was I hope you don’t have a “shi**y evening. Thought that was a little rude. But owners are great and accommodations are perfect otherwise.

Great place to stay

we really enjoyed our stay at this house . It worked out great for us because we rented a boat for the week and had a dock right across the street on the water . Beautiful view from the second floor . We had two families , one stayed downstairs and one had the upstairs. We loved Green Turtle Cay , go see the singrays and pigs !

This is a beautiful rental on Coco Bay. We swam with a Turtle about 50 yards from the House. It was amazing!!

This place was an absolute dream

We had an amazing stay. Beautiful home, fabulous location, it was an absolute paradise. However do not expect a quick respond from management as they are clearly on island time.

Excellent getaway

We were able to rent the entire house which nice to separate from the little one for awhile. Full kitchen/bathroom on both floors along with patio was excellent. Quiet. Across the street from the bay which is great for snorkeling and cooling off. Nice location, not to far from town and centrally located. Easy parking for golf cart.

Everything is advertised was spot on! The location of this house is second to none. It is spotless and everything is in tiptop order. The owner is prompt in his communications and very very easy to deal with. We have been to green turtle seven times in 18 years and I have not stayed in a better location. Will definitely book again

Fabulous location, very clean. Love the upstairs (Parents) and downstairs (Teens) accommodations. Coco Bay where the house sits is great to have a beach, a dock, and turtles to feed! Washer and dryer was a huge plus!! I would definitely stay here again

Lovely vacation experience!

True to the listing, beautiful views and great location. We rented both units. We enjoyed our stay very much. Upstairs unit gorgeous porch view. Pack lots of bug spray! Snacks! Sunscreen. We loved seeing sharks, starfish and sea turtles and exploring GTC. The upstairs air had trouble keeping up and was quite warm even at night during our summer stay. Otherwise, everything was fantastic for us.

Another Wonderful Trip to Lo Key

My wife and I spent another great, long weekend at Lo Key this past spring. This was our third trip to GTI and our third stay at Lo Key. Between the location, the view, and the layout of this villa, its really hard to beat and we are planning our next stay already. We've done two trips using only the top floor unit and one trip with family where we had the whole villa. Both times, everything was perfect. Jim does a great job with upkeep and making sure that his guests are taken care of. Whether just a couple or a group, there is plenty of space and everything is updated. It's more than we ever could have asked for.
