"We had a great time at Paradise! We had 7 people in our group including a toddler. The property is beautiful, and the owners have created a special experience here. The owner was very nice and extremely responsive. The firepit is amazing. We enjoyed the hummingbirds and other birds visiting the feeders. The gameroom is great and so much fun for a rainy day. We rented the pontoon and enjoyed the lake. Kitchen is well stocked with pots. Pans, baking dishes, measuring cups- all you need to cook meals. Everything was clean and neatly organized There is just the right amount of privacy, while still being a short distance to stores for supplies or restaurants to visit. One of my favorite things were the games that were hand made that were located around the cabin, like royal rummy- they added such a special touch. "

"Just as listed with a ton of extras. Jill and Jim were excellent hosts answering all our questions and responsive to our needs. Both boats were great, the house was clean and comfortable, and lots of room to spread out and relax. We took one day to hit the Mall of America 1 1/2 hour drive each way, but other than that, spent the rest of the week at the house and boating. Caught a handful of bass but nothing crazy. Still fun to try! We had all ages in our group and everyone kept busy and enjoyed the stay. "

"Relaxing, quiet week. Renting the pontoon was the best decision we made. When you rent a VRBO you never know what you will run into. Below is information that I would have found helpful to know. The front of the house is a 4 season porch. It isn't very deep so it wasn't somewhere to hang out but it was great to use for our extra stuff and for coming and going! Always able to find some some shade near the water. Loved that there was a little sand area for those sand lovers but nice you stepped into grass when walking off the dock. The lake itself is a little weedy but there was a device that was attached to their dock that kept the first 10 feet weed free with very nice sand. Great for young kids. The end of the dock was weedy but if you got past then the water was OK. We did see a lilly pad mat in the garage but we didn't use it. A few small fish were caught off the dock.Inside was set up well. The air conditioning worked very well so if you plan to use the basement, plan to use extra blankets. The kitchen had the basics but here are things I would have packed: small left over containers, plastic drinking cups (plenty coffee and wine glasses but very few other glasses for adults), coffee filters, and ice if you use ice in your beverages. There is an ice maker but hard to keep up with a bigger group."

"Great place with good lake access and facilities. Kids and adults loved the game room,floating dock and swim platform too.Hosts responded quickly to inquiries and even checked in with me during a Tstorm warning to make sure we were aware. Only down-side is that it is so popular we couldn't book again next year. Highly recommend!"
