Overall it was descent for a quick stay. However, it was noisy during the night. I woke up about 2am to people fighting in the hallway. There also was a strong odor of cigarettes in the hallway. The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was descent.

The room had several roaches. The tub had a very bad stain and needed to replaced or resurfaced. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful.

I had to have three room switches due to the rooms not being cleaned. One had a bug hanging from duct tape on the curtain. The sheets were stained in the other rooms. The carpet was very dirty in the hallways. The host was the best! I stayed before and he was polite empathic and helpful. He did everything to find me a clean room so I would stay. If it was not for him (I hate I can’t remember his name, accent, brown skin with locs), I would have left.

The Spectrum went out so I couldn’t watch tv. The manager was rude and not helpful. I left and went to another hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and creaky. The room smelled odd. Not bad but odd. The room was spacious. The pool is nice.

Room wasn't super clean and the beds not super comfortable. We appreciated the A/C and hot water for showers. It was basically an old hotel that Best Western put their name on with newer furnishings. The pool looked nice but we arrived too late to use it. Breakfast was scarce with the yogurt machine not working. It worked for 1 night but we wouldn't stay their again.

The room we were in was clean and updated. The front house staff was helpful and friendly upon check in. The hallway leading to our room on the first floor felt neglected. Carpets were stained and smelled musty.
