Rashad, at the front desk, was funny and very friendly. Everyone that we encountered went out of their way to be helpful and the friendly and genuine smiles made us feel very comfortable and welcomed to the hotel. For check out say the elevators did not respond to call buttons Good price, nice room but the overall experience was terrible. Kasa / Mint House just dropped the ball on the simplest of things"

"Aside from the sink stopper in the bathroom being broken, we had no complaints. The staff is attentive and friendly. The evening "kickback" is appreciated so that we don't have to go out into traffic for dinner. We stay at this property regularly and are never disappointed."

"Took forever at the front desk and we were the only people up there. Also, the beds were so horribly noisy. If you rolled over in one of the queen beds in the middle of the night, it was so loud it woke up the person in the other bed."
