Comfortable, clean room with secure parking.

Convenient location, clean room. Guy on reception when we arrived was great and explained everything well. We had a family studio which was comfortable and clean but I wouldn't rely on the kitchen area for any serious meal preparation. Excellent to have secure parking in the city .

Great location p

I was attending an event at the venue right next door and location was just ideal. Comfortable room with beautiful Mountain View. No house keeping for the entire stay which was just fine for me. I prefer privacy anyway. Good price. I will stay there again.

The front desk staff was not friendly and helpful, when he could not find our bookings he asked us to go to the next door a couple of time, and check if we had our bookings wrong, instead of helping us to find it. At the end the other lady found our bookings but he did not apologize for his behavior. It was unprofessional and it gave us a sour taste of the place.

Je n'ai rien apprécié de cet hotel mal entretenu. J'y suis restée une nuit et j'ai trouve un autre hotel mieux entretenu avec la clime qui marchait tres bien. Aussi ce lieu n'est pas tres approprié pour les personnes qui voyagent seules.

Pas de climatisation en plein Ă©pisode de chaleur et aucune information prĂ©alable a ce sujet avant la rĂ©servation ArrivĂ© Ă  l'hĂŽtel 20 degrĂ©s dans le hall d'accueil et 35 degrĂ©s dans la chambre... normal! Il m'est gentiment proposĂ© par le vigile (19h30, plus de personnel d'accueil) de me fournir un ventilateur... je demande Ă  ce que le manager soit contactĂ© en espĂ©rant un changement de chambre et la seule proposition qui m'est faite est... d'ĂȘtre rembourser et d'aller ailleurs !!! Dans la chambre d'autres surprises, eau boueuse au robinet (Ă  priori le vigile Ă©tait au courant depuis 2 jours, il me conseille de ne pas boire l'eau du robinet...) Sinon rideau occultant trop petits pour cacher la lumiĂšre, cafetiĂšre dĂ©fectueuse, etc... Responsable de l'hĂŽtel absent lors de mon check out alors que la personne que je rĂ©ussi Ă  rencontrer au bout de 5 minutes d'attentes me dit que l'Ă©quipe est en rĂ©union... Rien de cohĂ©rent dans leurs propos, aucun geste commercial Endroit que je dĂ©conseille ( Je passe 15 nuits par mois en dĂ©couchĂ©, il y a des hauts et des bas mais rarement Ă  ce point
