"Unser Aufenthalt war spektakulär und wir waren sehr glücklich. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen und freuen uns auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt. Das Apartment wirkt in natura noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Geschoss eines ehrwürdigen Schlosses, die man mit Gepäck zu Fuß erklimmen muss. (Der vorhandene Lift scheint nicht für den Betrieb vorgesehen zu sein, er...

Limehome Wels Old Town

8/10 Good

"Housekeeping standard wasnt exactly up to my expectations. The lift broke down for 2 straight days without anyone repairing. Other than that, location was great! Very centralized and convenient but it also means very noisy especially on weekends."

eee Hotel Laakirchen

8/10 Good

"It is a very good choice for a basic 1-2 night stay in the area near Gmunden. The room was modern, clean, comfortable. Breakfast at the outside restaurant 2 minutes from the hotel was very good. This is a hotel without a front desk. When we had a problem with our room, we called the emergency phone number at 10PM. The lady that answered was extremely nice and helpful and gave us a new room in 5 minutes. The tech-based automated check-in procedure was BAD. We booked through hotels.com, immediately got a message from the hotel saying we will get check-in instructions 3 days before our stay. No check-in instructions arrived. I tried the check-in section on their website -- it did not function. I called them on the phone -- the person was very nice, said they have a problem with one of the tech providers but, no worry, there are check-in terminals at the hotel. We arrive at the hotel, tried the first check-in terminal and we get a message that the system does not recognize our reservation. We were about to call them on the phone when my partner suggested to try the second check-in terminal and this one worked smoothly. In summary, it is a nice hotel with good value for money, but, if you rely to technology to replace humans, the technology BETTER WORK otherwise it is a poor customer experience."
