"This was the perfect location for a long weekend! Very quiet, private, and the VIEWS! It’s only an 11 minute drive to Ellicotville. I know Ellicotville is Ski Country, and this would be the perfect stay for you! But, the 70 degree weather in late summer early fall is gorgeous too! The porch and all the seating! This place had 5 beds and a futon that were all very cozy. Large TV in the living room and an even bigger one on the bottom floor so don’t forget the kiddos gaming systems! Kitchen has everything you would need. The charcoal grill was clean and cooked some very delicious steak! The hosts (Stephanie and Frank) were very responsive and had all the answers to any of our needs or questions. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back.
