"Great hotel stay. Really friendly and helpful staff. Very good room..Aircon worked well, comfy bed, good furnishing. Only issue for me was they kept running out of eggs at breakfast, which was irritating for people like me, who don't eat meat. Other people clearly annoyed by this also. Why didn't they get enough eggs...seemed like they were on rations"

"We stayed in the family room and it was perfect. Laid out so well for a family of 4, fresh and clean. Beautiful setting, lovely gardens, a pub on site. The reception staff were lovely and immediately made friends interacting with our young boys. We didnt sample any food but it smelt amazing. Would definitely recommend."

"Stayed at the weekend Friday to Monday and brought the pooch with me.Great hosts - Barbara came to let me in though i was slightly earlier than expected. Really clean accommodation and lovely location only 15 mins from Cleethorpes.Really lovely and quiet even the wildlife are quiet on a night time.Fished the larger lake which was great - loads of pegs to fish fromif you want to take the dog to the beach go to humberston fitties and park in the yacht club as its free parking. Then try Cleethorpes country park for a good walk around and the pooch can have a swim.Really cant fault the place - remote and quiet"

"Very helpful staff and so friendly. Found us a room with aircon -much appreciated during the heatwave. Room had everything you needed. Breakfast was reasonably priced and great."
