"overall its a great resort, but nothing like the Robinson clubs we have experienced in in other counries. Staff often tried, but were a bit unprofessional/not well trained and not very kind especially at the buffett. Simple things like a bottle of water at the kids table seemed too much. "Unterkunft war insgesamt sauber, auf einem Kopfkissen waren Flecken, das sollte vom Reinigungspersonal auch mal geprüft werden. Auf Anfragen an den Gastgeber bekam ich nie eine Antwort. Hab mich selbst gekümmert. Stromzähler sollte für den Gast einsehbar sein, damit man den Stromverbrauch nachvollziehen kann. Aber an sonsten war alles Top, alle Angaben im Internet stimmen mit der Realität überein. ACHTUNG, Die Treppe zum oberen Schlafbereich ist sehr steil und die Stufen sind sehr schmal... ist eher eine Stiege, sollte vielleicht in die Beschreibung der Unterkunft mit aufgenommen werden."

Vermisst wurde: Duschgel im Schwimmbadbereich und ebenfalls im Wohnbereich. Selbst Handseife war im Wohnbereich sehr spärlich vorhanden. Täglicher Handtuchservice wäre wünschenswert.
