The hotel needs a bit of updating. Clean and comfy but getting a bit tired. First impressions are always at check-in, unfortunately not my best experience. Staff not the most polite and information was at a minimum. Advertised as a spa hotel, yes they have a spa but unfortunately it doesn’t open until 14:00( the pool opens at 8:00)No information about this on booking. Was told by one member of staff that they had a sauna that was open same time as the pool, but on the first time of trying to find it was informed that it didn’t open until 12:30. Strange opening times in my opinion. Not my best experience in Gromitz.

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und ist unserem Wunsch so gut es ging nachgekommen. Das Sofa im Zimmer ist tatsächlich schon richtig durchgesessen. Wenn man davon aber absieht ist es ein tolles Hotel mit einem tollen Pool. Wir kommen immer gern wieder.

Schöne lage, hotel aber in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Klimaanlage, weder in den Zimmern, noch im Frühstücksraum oder auf den Fluren. Dafür aber alte Teppiche, mit geschlossenen Fenstern kann mich sich kaum im Raum aufhalten. Keine Wasserkocher auf den Zimmern und auch sonst nichts was es normalerweise in 4 Sterne hotels gibt. Das Personal und die Lage sind das beste am Hotel.

WLAN absolute Katastrophe (zu jeder Tageszeit ein Graus). Service- Personal im Restaurant teilweise Planlos. Beim einchecken nicht die Infos bekommen die benötigt werden (Bei Anreise vor Check -In Zeit Kur-Karte nicht bekommen / wo was zu finden etc…) nur nutzlose Infos und alles andere auf Nachfrage. Frühstück absolut langweilig (z.B. immer nur 2 Sorten Brötchen/ Brot und Brötchen immer weich). Kopfkissen zu prall und sorgen für Nackensteife, Ersatzkissen im Schrank genauso- Personal weiß das, Tausch aber schwierig da Problem mit Verfügbarbarkeit von Kopfkissen- Bezügen. Positiv: Zimmer nach Renovierung sehr gut geworden

Super Wellnesshotel direkt an der Ostsee

Das Hotel hat eine fantastische Lage. Der Wellnesslbereich mit Saunen und Pools sehr schön. Super gepflegt und dort am.Empfamg des Wellnessbereichs sehr nettes Personal. In unserem Zimmer war das Bad offensichtlich neu. Zum entspannen direkt an der Ostsee sehr zu empfehlen. Leider war das Personal in der Lobby etwas überfordert mit der Abreise am Sonntag und vielleicht deshalb nicht ganz so zuvorkommend, wie wir es bei der Anreise erlebt haben. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass wir auch nach dem Auschecken den Wellnessbereich nutzen durften.

Es gibt bei dem Hotel und dem Personal nichts zu meckern alle sehr sehr nett, sehr zuvorkommend super Hotel alles sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat eine Riesen Auswahl und der Eierkoch ist auch Mega. Eine Einschränkung haben wir leider: die Dame die im Poolbereich arbeitet ist eine Kratzbüsrte, sehr unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Sonnenschirme (sehr große Gastronomie Sonnenschirme) soll man selber aufspannen. Wir haben nur je 1 Handtuch pro Person bekommen (eigentlich bekommt man 2 pro Person) und meine Tochter wurde nicht als Person anerkannt für sie sollten wir eigentlich kein Handtuch bekommen im Schwimmbad. Erst als ich sagte ich gehe jetzt zur Rezeption und beschwere mich wurde sich mir in den Weg gestellt was ich da wolle und habe dann erst ein Handtuch für meine Tochter bekommen. Die Dame ist der Deutschen Sprache auch kaum mächtig was die Kommunkation auch erschwert.
