We stayed at Waters Edge Villa 1. I think the staff at the desk, Vernel from housekeeping and George James the shuttle driver were excellent in their duties, and had a great, friendly disposition. John (last name not noted), the other shuttle driver, had a perpetual, unfriendly attitude, was rude, always angry, berating, and therefore unsettling to be around. Krishnal, the manager, who had ample opportunity to fix much-discussed shortcomings at the villa, failed us miserably, as she did not fix nor communicate to us the status of the issues that we complained about on almost a daily basis. One room never had hot water for their showers during our entire stay causing another couple to have to get up early so that the couple downstairs could use their bathroom, and the dishwasher never got fixed causing us to hand wash and dry dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans for 10 people after every meal. This took forever and took away a lot of the enjoyment out of the stay as it ate up a chunk of my leisure time. The oven did not work properly, as well as the lights in the dining room. At least on the second day, the dining room lights got fixed but everything else did not. Way too much money was spent to have had to deal with these major inconveniences.
