The house spans two floors - a ground-floor living area featuring a double sofa bed, TV, and open-plan kitchenette, and an upper floor with a bedroom accommodating three in single beds and a bathroom. The layout is clean and practical, with a fan and free Wi-Fi throughout. The spacious private terrace is where the house earns its distinction - more room for outdoor meals, morning coffee, and evening wind-downs than the standard terrace option. Free parking is available on-site.

A water park with a wild river and paddling pool runs all season, and outdoor pools open in July and August. Children's and teen clubs are free during French school holidays, and a variety of activities are available at no extra cost, including beach volleyball, fitness, table tennis, pétanque, a multi-sports area, a skate park, and a play area. Archery, bowling, horse riding, mini golf, padel, and tennis are available as paid activities, and Le Boissy restaurant and snack bar provide on-site dining options.

Canoeing, kayaking, white-water sports, and adventure parks in the surrounding Ardèche make for excellent days out beyond the village, with the gorges and river landscapes of the region well within reach of Grospierre.
