"The casino was clean and nice, the rooms were clean but ac didn’t work and they are understaffed. Check in was awful got to the hotel at 11am yes check in was at 4 but we went to the front desk let them know we were here. 6pm comes around still no text our room was ready. So we go to the front desk and they tell us they don’t have a room for us. Over booked. I said we were from out of state so she went back to talk to manager and “found us a room” the room was 75 degrees and ac was not working....
