The Mareblu vacation resort is located in Principina a Mare, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, nestled in a shady pine forest. The spa area, featuring a hot tub and a spacious sun terrace, invites you to relax. Its proximity to the sea and the peaceful, natural surroundings make the resort the perfect destination for anyone looking to escape the stress of everyday life and recharge their batteries.
The cozy studio can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment consists of a combined living and sleeping area, which is equipped with a double bed (or two single beds upon request) as well as a sleeper sofa with a second pull-out single bed for a child. The well-equipped kitchenette in the living area features an induction stove, dishes, silverware, pots, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Air conditioning and satellite TV are provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet. The balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, is perfect for relaxing. The drive from the Italian border takes about 6 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is, of course, possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.

The beach at Principina a Mare is characterized by its long stretch of fine, golden sand. The water is crystal clear and slopes gently, making the beach particularly safe and ideal for families with children. The nearest public beach is just 400 meters from the residence. You can reach it via a pleasant, shaded walk on flat terrain, either directly through the pine forest or along the quiet village streets.

Outdoors, a playground with soft artificial turf beckons, while the garden remains pleasantly mosquito-free thanks to a natural system. A special adventure is the botanical trail—designed by Scouts to be child-friendly—that winds through the pine forest and invites exploration. The nearby, clean sandy beach offers both public sections and managed beach resorts.
