"Horrible checkin process. Also your room has to pass inspection before you check-out or your 100 euro deposit is not refunded. Also you have to make and strip beds and haul the sheets and towels out."
"A hotel chosen as a one night stop on the way back from South of France - ended up wishing that we had stayed for a week. Idylic, peaceful, stunning...cannot wait to return."
"This delightful hotel in the heart of St Cyprien exceeded all our expectations with its warm, attentive service, cozy charm, and modern comforts. From the moment we arrived, Benedicte made us feel genuinely welcome, offering personalized recommendations and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. "
"We found this gem on our way south and so glad we stayed. The couple who hosted us were so kind and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful. The view from the pool was incredible. It is a quiet town so thereâs not much around but the city of Sarlat was wonderful. Sunday market is a must! "
"We had an outstanding time at this beautifully located accommodation, surrounded by peace and nature. The atmosphere was very warm and family-like, especially during dinner, which is available on request and felt more like a shared meal among friends than a restaurant experience. The breakfast was delicious and offered a perfect start to the day. All in all, a truly enjoyable and memorable stay!"
"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, the staff were very friendly especially Eric who was in charge of the breakfast which was very good, itâs in a great location and is in walking distance of shopping areas and some very good restaurants which were recommended by the hotel, thereâs a very atmospheric square where we enjoyed a drink after dinner and listened to some live music "

Luxurious large cottage 5 Star/pool/far-reaching views in beautiful countryside
10/10 Excellent
"We had a fabulous time at the villa, it was a lovely place to spend two weeks. The location is peaceful and pretty, the pool was a welcome retreat in the heat and the house itself was impressive. The air conditioning worked really well, as did all the appliances. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. We also took our cavapoo who enjoyed the large garden. While there is a fence or electric fence surrounding the majority of the property, we did not feel it was secure enough to let our dog off-lead as we knew there were areas he could get out or under, but he is a small dog. It got particularly hot while we were there (August - pure sun every day!) and we asked if there were any additional fans, the owner arranged for them to be with us the same day, which was greatly appreciated. Les Eyzies is a lovely small town and the villa is really well situated for exploring the region. During our stay we went on canoe trips down both the Vezere and Dordogne rivers, which we really enjoyed with our teenage sons. My parents also came with us and loved the area and house."
"Great little house, just right for us. Peaceful location but near to facilities. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and plenty of towels and sheets. The host Liliane was most attentive and gave us good suggestions for an outing."
MULBERRY TREE Villa - Luxury Villa - Heated Pool, Hot tub, Gym, Garden, Calm
10/10 Excellent
"Rambling large country home on a hilltop in the Dordogne area of SW France. Great outdoor amenities with a heated pool and large hot tub and outdoor shower. Also outdoor dining area with umbrellas and lovely views. The XL dining room was a great bonus for our family dinners. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. There is no powder bathroom or half bath. As Americans we struggled with the size of the small showers. Also there is no A/C and the upstairs can get quite warm in the summer. There are fans in all of the bedrooms. Andy was very helpful and always ready to guide us about the property and the region and make great suggestions. They have an excellent binder in the house as well with a lot of info. We all had a wonderful time here! "

"The hotel was just as I remembered it. Beautiful rooms looking out in a courtyard that leads to a very nice swimming pool. Everything about the stay was nice except the restaurant which was very disappointing. I had remembered this from four years ago as a lovely wonderful Happy meal. This time terrible service and ridiculous pricing. They force you into tasting menus with high price and tiny portions. No flexibility. Everybody has to get the same thing. This caused great problems because one member of our family was not feeling well and couldnât eat much. Also, the seating for the restaurant was in full sun at 8:00 PM and everybody on the patio was uncomfortable as the sun ran its way across their attempted protection of flimsy curtains. That ridiculously expensive meal was the low point of our time in France,"
"We had a lovely stay. Our room was great and the staff, especially the afternoon reception clerk was wonderful. Not only did she acclimate us to the hotel, she helped carry our bags, and she helped plan the things we did while we were in the area. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was super. Highly recommend!"
