The overall experience of staying here was very nice to us. The room was clean and nice. The rooftop was very beautiful. From there, you can enjoy the breakfast while taking a look at the town at a high point. The host was a nice guy, very welcoming and considerate. Recommend to stay here!!

Okay, would not stay again

Given the cost of our stay, I was not expecting anything fancy or luxurious, but the property left a lot to be desired, even with the basics. First, the good. The views from the terrace are as amazing as the pictures suggest. The room itself was spacious and had a comfortable mattress, sofa and table & chairs. Breakfast was delicious The not so good. I booked this property 2 months before we traveled. Once we arrived, the owner told us he cannot take a credit card as he doesn't have a reader and said we would need to pay in cash. He had 2 months to communicate this to us and allow us to be prepared, but we were scrambling at the last minute to get cash to pay him. (we checked our cc & it was never charged so not a scam) We were also told hot water only lasts 4 minutes so if we wanted to shower with hot water, we would need to be under 4-5 minutes The sink is tiny and it's impossible to brush your teeth without making a mess. You also hit your head on the cabinet when you try to bend down The property does not have AC. It was fine for us as the evenings were cooler during our stay but for those traveling in summer or who run hot (I run cold), it might be a problem. A fan is provided which helps Finally, the property is located a bit higher up so be prepared for a 5-10 min uphill walk at the end of day/evening (depending on your stamina/fatigue!) Overall, it was okay. If I were to go back, I would probably look for a different accommodation.

La estancia fue muy agradable por las atenciones y el cálido recibimiento que nos dieron. La ubicación está excelente para recorrer Guanajuato, en realidad te hacen sentir en casa. Los desayunos son increíbles! La vista que tienen en la terraza imperdible! Muchas gracias por recibirnos!
