Simplemente no hay palabras para agradecer la excepcional atención brindada durante toda nuestra estancia. El hotel se encuentra en una excelente ubicación y sus instalaciones siempre están impecables, sin embargo y lo más resaltante, es su personal, realmente nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Dentro de este punto, un agradecimiento, profundo y destacado, para Belén y su hijo Alejandro, quienes su trato fue imposible de superar en toda nuestra estadía en México, definitivamente de regresar a Guanajuato, será nuestra primer alternativa, y recomiendo este hotel sobre manera.

Buenos días, lo que me gustó fue la ubicación, lo que No me gustó: calle ruidosa, azulejos sueltos en el piso y hacían ruido, salió una cucacharita en el lavabo, no tienen cortina oscura, mucho ruido en la calle, se escuchaba todo lo que decían de las demás habitaciones, no respetan la hora de sueño como se dice en la página del hotel,, que pena, lástima de la ubicación. gracias

No me recibieron. No contestan. Pero si cobran.

Hice mi reserva a las después de las 11pm, 15 minutos después llegue al hotel y jamás me abrieron la puerta, no contestaron el teléfono nunca. Llame a hoteles.com para hacerles saber de la situación, ellos trataron de comunicarse con el hotel y tampoco les contestaron. Me dijeron que no se haría el cargo correspondiente. Y que posteriormente me comunicara para saber de la situación. Me comunico en un par de días, y me dicen que el hotel ya hizo el cargo y que por sus políticas no hay reembolso. Que el check in es hasta las 7pm y que yo llegue después de eso. Sin vergüenza cobran un servicio que no me dieron y me dejaron expuesto en uno de los estados más peligrosos de Mexico. Todavía hoteles me dijo que para la próxima reserve directo con el hotel. Tienen su hotel “disponible “ después de su check in aún sabiendo que después de esa hora no darán el servicio. Exijo mi reembolso. Ambas partes muy mal.
