Staff are helpful. I just wish all staffs were able to speak English as Guangzhou is a business center these days. However, I think it's good effort where they make sure at least one person is able to speak English. Property is clean. Stayed at the suite and they have in room laundry, although, laundry detergent wasn't provided so it's a little hassle. There is a minimarket connected to hotel for convenience. Definitely will stay here again.

excelente atención, ubicación. muy recomendable. el desayuno super completo y saludable. quiero mencionar muy especialmente ala manager MAGGIE YU, la comprension y el mayor esfuerzo para que el turista se sienta cuidado y atendido como en su casa. No service room. On check in they will ask you to pay in advance 200% of your bill as deposit. Even when I put the sign of NO DISTURB as I was very jet lagged and wanted to sleep they knocked the door 3 times and then they came in!! The lady said "Oh the cleaner want to know if she can come to do your room ".
