英語を話せるスタッフがフロントのみで、あずのスタッフは䞭囜語です。たしおや日本語を話せるスタッフはいたせん。䞭囜に行ったのだから、私が䞭囜語を勉匷しお行くべきでしたが 。 あずプヌルが敷地内にあったのですが、ホテルずは別の建物に移動しお受付をしなくおはならず、気軜に利甚するには䞍䟿です。

Very bad experience and Poor HK Customer Service

Very bad experience and very disappointed for the HK Customer Service - When I booked the room, I selected "pay in the hotel", but the Hotels.com already charged me for the room fee immediately. This is NOT NORMAL! Normally it should be authorization only, instead of a real charge! Then when I checked out the hotel, hotel charged me again. When I called the HK Customer Service, the people was not helpful, not polite. Through the email communication, they said the HOTEL will refund me in 7-15 days. Now it's 7 days away from my check-out and 19 days away from my booking, I haven't got the refund! And I don't know when I will be refund! Very bad!

郚屋は暗くお叀い。近くに飲食店もほずんどない。栌安で䞭囜人の団䜓を受け入れおいるようで、団䜓がいる時は朝食も食い荒らされお、コヌヒヌすら無くなっおいる。駅から近い以倖、良いずころはありたせん。おすすめできたせんね。
