Misleading booking information online

I booked a room with two single bed and fully paid for it , once I got to the hotel with my son they wanted to change me extra 50 R for the second bed in the room . I had no choice but to pay but that should have been mentioned at the time of online booking not when you show up at the hotel .

Experiência muito positiva. Ofereceu estadia em padrões americanos mesmo em uma pequena cidade do interior de Minas. Recomendo e com certeza retornaria. Café da manhã de bastante qualidade, com área do café da manhã super agradável, organização impecável e comida diversificada e saborosa. Estacionamento grande e com vagas suficientes para todos os hóspedes, acesso fácil e prático, elevador direto para o quarto. Check-out facilitado padrão americano, coisa rara e ótima de se encontrar em terras brasileiras. Estão de parabéns, Guaxupé está bem servida de hotelaria.
