"Very clean and comfortable but quite Spartan. Good for a overnight stay (we stay here for the night when attending a concert at the palace) . It has ample street parking in front of the hotel, and a supermarket downstairs. "

"Stayed at this hotel for about 5 days excellent staff very clean room.Very cute neighbourhood a bit far from the main Paris attractions itself but the neighborhood makes up for it! very safe would 100% recommend also great and safe option for solo travellers easy access to many places. "I am a US business traveller. Stayed 70 nights last year. Not typically staying abroad so use that as context. This hotel is in a college/university area. It seems like there may be some short term living here in addition to hotel overnight stays. The common area is very large and has multiple places that you can work from. The rooms are set up like apartments with kitchenettes, living area, bedroom, bathroom area. There is no central heating or cooling so if you are used to air-conditioning, this wouldn’t be your choice. I was there for three nights and they didn’t service the room while there. The area is safe and centrally located, and the rooms were quiet at night time."

"Decent but my room has a door connecting to other room! The guy used to cough which disturbed my sleep a lot ! Room size decent and had tele with toilet and shower not connected which is strange ! Breakfast has limited options for vegan or vegetarian which was not good ! There is only bus 259 goes from here and no metro nearby which is really difficult to travel places nearby ! "
