Beautiful aparthotel. Very quiet, excellent service with Cathy. Room cleaned and fresh towels almost daily. Cathy was very helpful in advising us where to go, about the area etc. No pool at the property. But sea and natural pools on the doorstep

We selected a second floor luxury apartment looking out to the village square. Nevertheless, it was quaint and quiet. A one minute walk to the first beach bar, to the first grocery store and plenty of parking space most of the time. Just beautiful.

Our stay at Rok Plaza was absolutely lovely.The hotel itself is charming and perfectly located right by the sea.Kathy was wonderful…her warm welcome and hospitality made us feel right at home.She gave us excellent recommendations for dining and even helped us arrange a car rental,unfortunately there were none available at the time.remember to book a car in advance because they go quickly. Tenerife South is a beautiful destination, would recommend it.

This was amazing! The location was great, close to several amenities, excellent restaurants and bars, convenient store and a walking distance to a super market (HiperDino). Right by the beach, and beautiful walking trails! The highlight of the this place was the staff, Kathy and her team, were beyond amazing! Those ladies sure make a great stay feel phenomenal and incredible! We will be back next year and if they have availability during our dates we will be staying with them for sure!! Thank you Kathy and team! Your phenomenal service, communication and relationship building along with professionalism and authentic approach made the difference! Thank you again and will see you soon!!

Oversold

Rok Plaza is misleading in their marketing and communication. They have no attending staff, so you DO have to call in advance. Otherwise you have to wait for the staff on your arrival. Besides, many of the photos presented are not from the hotel, but from other hotels and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The rooms are fairly dark and the electronic door locks are a bit tedious. On the plus side, the service is very accommodating when they present, and the location is next to a nice little square with real restaurants. Not too touristy.

Alt fungerte bra. Eneste minus var beliggenheten ift fiesta på torget( Plaza). Der var det dundrende musikk ( veldig mye bass) til kl 0400 tre nettet på rad. Sjekk på gorhånd om det er fiesta.

Beskrivningen av lägenheten var ej bra på Hotel.com. Ganska branta trappor. Det var dåligt ljudisolering hörde tydligt ljud från gatan.Det var 3 våningar bottenvåningen med badrum. Mellan våning med 2 sovrum 1vardagsrum 1 matplats samt kök. Takterrass mycket bra.

Bonne adresse

Très bel appartement, bien situé. On sent que le covid est passé par là car ce devait être un etablissement extra. Aujourd'hui, c'est de la location d'appartements de bon standing. A noter la gentillesse de toutes les personnes du service.

Perfect little getaway for a quiet getaway

Lovely location in a small and quiet village away from the crowds. Close to coffee shops, the beach and coastal walk. Super friendly staff and a spotless apartment. Can highlt recommend and would stay again!

Der Eigentümer legt großen Wert auf Komfort und Ambiente. Die Einrichtung hat einen ganz besonderen Charakter und Charm. Wir hatten für zwei Wochen eine der Penthousewohnungen. Der Preis für den Upgrade war ok und wir wurden mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf Meer und Marktplatz belohnt. Die tägliche Reinigung wurde von einem sehr freundlichen und fleißigen Team vorgenommen. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung finden sich nicht nur genügend Parkplätze sondern auch viele gute Restaurants und Bars. Besonders zu empfehlen ist Lupolo!!! Der Ort ist noch nicht von Touristen überlaufen und es macht viel Spaß das lebensfrohe Treiben der Einheimischen zu beobachten. Wir werden gerne wieder nach Alcala und in eine der Ferienwohnungen des Besitzers R. K. kommen. Weiter so!

Perfect stay

A lovely spot to relax, recharge and explore from. Rok Plaza is situated overlooking Alcala Square on the one side and from the shared roof top terrace has a prefect sea and sunset view. We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor which was serviced daily so always spotless, comfortable huge bed.

Stunning apartment- awkward check in

This is quite a difficult review to leave as we have mixed feelings. The positives first - the apartment really is of a very high standard, very large & beautifully decorated overlooking a square with a small balcony which was nice to relax on of an evening & see the goings on. The pictures on the hotels.com website are very misleading, there is no bar or restaurant accessible from the hotel. The main image on the website is actually of a restaurant nearby & the images of the snug areas we never found. You have to access the apartments from the back of the hotel, we didn’t struggle with parking but we walked past the apartments several times as they are lacking signage. On the brief it says they have multilingual staff but essentially you are met by the cleaner, there is no reception & she doesn’t speak English very well (we understand that we’re in a Spanish country so should be able to speak in Spanish) but to say the staff are multilingual is not true. The TV didn’t work, no sound system & couldn’t use the bath as there wasn’t a plug. Overall.. absolutely stunning apartment & despite all my negative criticism I would stay there again, I just think they need to make a few minor changes.

Initially hard to find for the taxi driver-it’s not the building on the photo- however the front of the building from the plaza is stunning. It’s so close to the dramatic rocky cove and there’s a fabulous range of places to eat- all close by. Lovely walk on the promenade and easy bus links just a short walk up the hill.
