This is a luxurious resort hotel with numerous restaurants, swimming pools etc. The amenities are excellent - particularly the restaurant, and the staff are friendly and professional.

A truly exceptional stay. Rooms are beautifully designed, spotless and tranquil.Service was second to none, We were lucky enough to be up graded to the retreat which was perfect. Breakfast was a treat, with a huge buffet to select from as well as off the menu choices. Cant recommend highly enough .

Spent 4 nights and 4 days this past week with my mother. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world but I have never come across such friendly staff members anywhere else. Every single person from front desk to restaurant staff to staff around the resort had a smile on their faces and said hello every single time. This property is probably the best we have ever stayed at. The quality of service is totally exceptional - the ethos of going the extra mile epitomises the brand of Ritz Carlton. They could never do too much from the bed turning down vservice to giving so much more. As it was our anniversary they made our room up with rose petals, a cake, bubbly and so much more. We had a truly exceptional stay. As it was also my birthday they made a wonderful gesture providing cake, wine and so much more. We are definitely returning to our now favorite location.
