"Great spot and lovely, comfortable property in walking distance from the beach. Wonderful to be able to bring our dog, and the deck had a gate so he could loll in the sunshine without running away. Attentive and helpful host too. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Definitely a thumbs-up."

"Stayed at many places in Guilderton over the years, old and new. This place is old on the outside but nicely renovated on the inside. Michael the owner was warm and friendly to communicate with and has clear details of what we can expect. There was a also a lovely surprise when I opened the fridge, ..."

"Lots of ants Couldn’t leave food out Got into all our bread and other baked so we had to throw out In the bedrooms also Didn’t overly bother us but a note to say not to leave food out would have given us the heads up Maybe owner could do a spray of the property"
