This spacious, newer house sits on a .5 acre, professionally landscaped lot at Jacob's Beach in charming Guilford. The house has unobstructed ocean views to East, West, or South from all common areas and bedrooms and is steps to a sandy beach and playground. The property is convenient to local restaurants, coffee roaster, grocery shopping, boutique stores, and outlet shopping. The area boasts interesting cultural activities such as Mystic Seaport Village and Aquarium and New Haven museums, famous pizza joints, and outdoor summer theater.
