"We booked a room with extra space, so it’s quite spacious. Room is clean. Excellent location. The only setback is that their air conditioning is centralized. Sometimes we feel that the air con is not working and the room is abit stuffy. The portable fan does help abit. "

"The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating. The variety of food and local options are substantial. Free electric vehicles available to zip around. Wonderful hiking options and a view to come back to. One thing I would recommend against is letting someone else do your personal laundry. My clothes came back damp and I don't think they used laundry detergent. Otherwise, this is a stop I plan to make again annually!"

"Hotel was nice to stay but their organisation is terrible. They didn't have our reservation booking so they gave us a room on the spot. They also didn't give us room service. Highly don't recommend their suggested tours. The tour was rushed, unclear and tour guide was super rude and unprofessional towards foreigners. Will never return back!"
