"Room was actually good but there were no cups or glasses. We were only there for 6 nights but the room wasn’t serviced on one of those and when it eventually was at around 5.30 in the evening we discovered no shower gel. That was sorted while we were out. Asked for a courtesy room but was told ‘no’ ‘you check out at 12’. Concierge very helpful, bell hop very helpful, reception waste of time. The US is normally good at customer service but the Bourbon have a long way to go."

"Watch what you get charged. They charge you for every little thing. Use the Walmart near by and do a pick up or delivery to the hotel."
