"Pretty hotel with nice staff - in particular the parking valets. Pool was in the shade most of the day and the hot tub was closed due to private events being held near it. Room was spacious and comfortable. Didn’t love the beach set up. You have to rent chairs which was discounted which I appreciate but the beach was wall-to-wall cabanas making it difficult to navigate around and blocked the views of the water."

"Everything was great at this location! Beautiful, welcoming feeling right when you walk in the doors! Nice rooms. Spacious closet. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. The hotel is more than just a hotel. It WAS home for a few days! AND there is a hotel bar, with live music, that I've been to many times before ever staying here! This place was such a pleasant surprise! We will stay here again, for sure! Walking distance to shops, food, entertainment the French Market. Blocks away you can hop on the streetcar to get out of the Quarter."

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff was fantastic. A special shoutout to Alexa and another young gentleman who worked behind the bar several evenings during our stay. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but both were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service! My only disappointment was the additional fees. I’m still unclear about what exactly the daily resort fee covers, especially since parking was an additional charge and there was also a separate fee to use the beach chairs. When staying at a beachfront resort and paying a resort fee, I would expect amenities like these to be included, or at least a clearer explanation of what the fee provides. Despite that frustration, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the wonderful hospitality. I would definitely recommend the resort, but I do think the resort fee and additional charges could be more transparent."
