"Very clean and accommodating. We had a late flight home & they held our luggage behind the desk. Arranged for a cab to transport to airport & assisted with luggage to the cab which was two blocks away bc streets were closed. Very classy operation."

"Staff, location, and overall aesthetic of the hotel is solid and made for a great stay. My room was clean enough… the floors were dusty but the staff did address. Note this is an older refurbished building with its original wood floors and the floors did creek at night and the air conditioner was a little louder than preferred. Nonetheless, the hotel has character, it’s a unique artsy feel, great staff and a award winning restaurant downstairs. I would go back."

"Pretty hotel with nice staff - in particular the parking valets. Pool was in the shade most of the day and the hot tub was closed due to private events being held near it. Room was spacious and comfortable. Didn’t love the beach set up. You have to rent chairs which was discounted which I appreciate but the beach was wall-to-wall cabanas making it difficult to navigate around and blocked the views of the water."
