"Hotel and Rooms are overall clean and nice. Internet works well. Stuffs are kind. Snacks and drinks by pools are not that good. They don’t have variety by pool bars. Local drinks are inexpensive! They have nice dining area with good food. Breakfast was ok. Soccer field is out of service. "

I let them know via Xpedia, telephone and email (2 weeks prior) that I'd only want to stay the last two nights. I never got a reply. I was put on hold on the phone and email nor messages (in Turkish) were never read. When I arrived I was told "you're too late, you didn't let us know, your room is taken". I then called a Turkish speaking friend to translate. The reception was extremely hostile, but they did give me the room I booked and paid for in the end. No apologies whatsoever about the rude treatment and their own lack of proper admin. "
