"Not senior friendly. I thought we could walk to airport but only if my bag wasn’t checked. So carry on only. Had to take a shuttle which ran only 2 times per hour. Shampoo left hair greasy. No grab bars in shower. Parking a car $16 per night. No mention until I had booked. No free breakfast. Room heating didn’t work and we had to change rooms. That can happen, but no one helped us make the move. I couldn’t decipher heat/cool instructions."

"Nice hotel. Room was a little small and felt like a box. They’re pretty proud of their bowl of lettuce for $22."

"I was cold for the days I were there that were terrible!!!!!!!!"

"This Hotel Was Amazing & Very Convenient & Was Very Close To Everything & I Highly Recommend It To Anyone That’s Looking To Book A Great Room"

"The rooms were clean and updated. Housekeeping made room each day. The Airecraft grill in the hotel had a good selection of food at reasonable prices. Food was hot. Good fast service. Friendly staff. Would return to hotel again. Hotel was steps away from LRT line. Hotel was 2 stops from airport and 3 stops from Mall of America."

"Staff were outstanding always coming up to you to ask what they could do better. The area for eating and happy hours was spacious and clean. The hotel had very easy access to major highways."

"This hotel never fails to make you feel like you’re thrown in a distant past as you walk the halls. Yes it’s old, but it’s been preserved and or decorated to keep it looking that way so you get that feeling. The staff is attentive. The restaurant is fabulous. Looking forward to being back there next year I hope."

"Great location and friendly staff."

"Very nice and spacious room. Had a nice morning breakfast. The only downfall was pour water pressure in the shower on the fifth floor."

"Very clean room, cleaning staff super friendly and all acknowledge you and say hi when your walking the halls."

"Breakfast was good. Room was clean, staff was friendly. A little construction going on. (Painting in hallway and had floor by ice machine torn up) but otherwise clean. We didn’t check out the pool or anything. It was a quick stay for us."
