We arrived very late in the evening and the staff very kindly left the key in a safe place for us so we could access the room easily without disturbing other guests or requiring the staff to attend. Gundagai Motel
Easy to park right in front of our room, entry code etc was emailed the same day, so very easy. Bed was comfortable, A/C coped with the 40c heat and shower was ok too.

Tumut Apartments
Very convenient location to park our bags, cook and sleep. The kitchen was nicely appointed with attractive dishes and useful appliances. It is close to a 4 way intersection with lots of utes stopping and accelerating in the early evening but was very quiet after dark.
