"There are not enough dishes or a dish towel to dry the 2 plates. If you used the coffee or tea provided (2), they didn’t replace them. The towels were not replaced daily as stated. We never ate breakfast there so I can’t comment on that. Everything else was very good."

"Received an upgrade for my room. The front desk was nice and friendly. Breakfast is ok for commercial customers. Location is good because it is near the subway station and also a lot of restaurants opened til midnight."
