The staff is extremely friendly and kind at this location! Will keep this location on my list. May only negative note would be on room cleaning, mainly the glass and windows. Depending on the room location you may hear some interstate noise, but nothing extremely unusual or loud. Great to have quick meals nearby, and easy traveling!

My room was totally inadequate. Nothing but a sheet on the bed. Phone to front desk didn't work. When I told the front desk they said it wasn't possible. Again, the 2nd day same thing told front desk just give me a blanket and she said she couldn't she wasn't housekeeping. Absolute wors ever.

The staff seems nice but the hotel hasn’t been maintained…not to the standard I expect of a Hampton. I paid extra to get Hampton quality and this hotel did NOT deliver. More in line with the hotel of a tier/class lower. And whoever thought a barn door for a bathroom door was a good idea needs to better understand privacy needs.

Breakfast was a joke. Had dry cereal but no milk. They would not put any more milk out! Checking in was terrible. Card would not work. For me as well as another couple there. Finally got it resolved. Almost late for my appointment! Floors needed cleaned. Staff overall was good. We stay with you a lot but this one needs a good cleaning and an overhaul on pleasing the customer!!

Only complaint is that they have sliding doors for the bathrooms that do not fully cover the bathroom door opening...that's super awkward if you're not traveling solo. I get that it saves space, but it's a horrible setup for privacy.

Great location. Room was spacious. We stayed 3 nights. I requested housekeeping on the third day but all they did was take out the trash and leave new towels. I had the make the beds myself and rinse the sinks.

General Disrepair

This place has fallen into disrepair. One of the two elevators has been broken for two months. One of the rooms in our party had a missing fridge and several power outlets didn't work. Another room in our part had several outlets that didn't work. The breakfast room is always hot like the A/C isn't working well. The elevator carpets were disgusting. And they're flying a tattered American flag outside. Stayed twice, wouldn't stay there again.

Hotel was undergoing construction and there was no notice that it was. There were construction vehicles parked in the parking lot blocking several spots which made parking impossible. Hotel shower had mold in it. Shampoo, shower gel and conditioner was not stocked. Shower had seems like it was installed on the wrong side of the shower. The way the shower door opens, you have to get into the shower to turn the water on which means you will be blasted by cold water before you’re ready to get in. Slight inconvenience when you like hot showers.

I use the Hiltons app to use the digital key, when I got to the hotel I didn’t get the room they told me I would have and it was not the room I chose. We went to the pool and it was freezing, there were no towels so I went to get some from the front desk, they only had two. The tv remote was missing a back. I would not stay here again.
