"This was a beautiful hotel in Wuxi- we had wonderful rooms and the staff was very friendly. The only problem that I had was the room temperature. Perhaps a problem with Westerners like me, but I need a room to be at least down to 18-20 degrees Celsius/ 68 degrees Fahrenheit in order to sleep comfortably. "We booked a lakeview room because it is close to where we need to go. Upon arriving the front desk told us they “upgraded” us to a lake view room, that of which we already booked. After we settled in our room, they called in and told us that they copied the wrong page in the passport. We need to goto the front desk and Hand them the passport again so they can verify info. The room itself. We booked a smoke free room but the room reeks of cigarette smell. Lakeview is nice but window is dirty...

"We had an exceptional stay at this accommodation. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and it was spotlessly clean. A special call out for the friendly cleaning lady who did a great job and left us plenty of water :-) Everything was very new. Location was perfect for our trip to be near the Expo Centre. There is a metro line just outside the hotel"
