The apartment style rooms were beautiful and very clean. I had everything I needed in my room and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, and there is also a cafe with incredible food in the breakfast room.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location

Gyor has a small but charming old town, and this hotel is in the best location possible. There is an underground parking lot located nearby so driving to the hotel is not an issue. We chose a suite to stay in, and it was the largest suite I have ever had. The rooms were immaculate and the dining table could easily host eight people. The breakfast here was excellent.

Best hotel in Gyor

Loved this hotel! Beautufully designed, very comfy, perfect location. Nice artistic touches, again great location. It is a 4 star boutique hotel with around 16 rooms, owned by the church. So wonderful, wish i could have stayed longer. Bernie at the front desk is very helpful and efficient too.

The property was in the historic district and to our surprise we were there during the December Christmas Market with food and retail booths, outdoor shows and activities for the whole family. Hotel Domus was beyond our expectations. Our room was perfect and the included breakfast got our days started on just the right foot. Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Domus Collis.

Lovely little hotel, down by the river front in a very convenient location to explore Gyor. We treated ourselves to a suite for my partner's birthday and it was fabulous - really spacious and modern. Staff (particulraly the lady on reception!) were lovely and couldnt do enought to help. Gyor is a charming city and this hotel a great place to stay.

Boutique Hotel

Hotel Domus Collis is a charming boutique hotel located near the river and just a five-minute walk from the main square. Its convenient location made it easy for us to explore all the nearby attractions. Our room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. It provided a relaxing environment after a day of sightseeing. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. The offerings should be improved significantly, and everything should be available until 10am. When we came down for breakfast at 9:25, almost everything was gone, and the staff didn't make any effort to replenish the items. This left us starting our day on a less than ideal note. On a positive note, the staff at the check-in and check-out desk were very helpful and welcoming, making the arrival and departure process smooth and pleasant. One suggestion for improvement would be to change the check-out time from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. This would provide guests with a more relaxed morning and additional time to prepare for departure. Overall, Hotel Domus Collis has many great qualities, but a few improvements could enhance the overall guest experience.

A lovely stay in the heart of Győr!

Six of us stayed one night in two suites at Domus Collis as part of a three-week long trip in Hungary visiting family. The hotel is located in the heart of historic Győr. It is in excellent shape both outside and inside. The suites we were in were clean, roomy, comfortable and had a classic beauty with modern touches. Front desk staff was very helpful and always there when we needed them. Breakfast was tasty with a great variety of options. We were impressed with Domus Collis and enjoyed our one-night stay very much! We highly recommend this hotel!

Sehr schönes Hotel und super gelegen.

Ich war für 6 Nächte im Domus Collis und hatte eine Suite welche sehr grosszügig geschnitten ist und viel Platz bietet. Vom Wohnbereich sah ich schön auf den Fluss. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut und es ist recht ruhig da die Fenster gut Isolieren. Es ist vom Bahnhof in 15 Minuten zu Fuss durch die schöne Altstadt erreichbar. Am Wochenende war der Frühstücksraum durch das Restaurant sehr voll und recht laut, da er klein ist kann es sein das mann als Hotelgast warten muss bis ein Tisch frei wird was nicht sehr schön ist. Auch das Buffet ist eher klein und es wird jeden Tag mit dem selben Bestückt da wäre eine Abwechslung sehr schön.
