"Stayed several times at this wonderful hotel. Cost this stay was considerably higher than previously, which may merely be a reflection of price increases in the hotel industry generally. Still, something of a bitter pill. Small issue - reservations made something of a point to get my accurate estimate of arrival time for the purpose of determining if an early check-in would be possible. I arrived following my transatlantic overnight flight when predicted, about two hours before 3 p.m....

"Brilliant hotel, well located staff brilliant highly recommend"

"All around excellent hotel!"

"Absolutely amazing service. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They gave us great recommendations and made us feel so comfortable."

"Lovely room. Well informed and helpful staff. Great place on every level. Would be perfect for a special event"

"Quaint - that's the word. Quaint hotel in Covent Garden, within walking distance to the theaters. Would I go back? Yes. West-end theaters are a 10-minute walk, with some good places to eat along the way."

"Ok"

"An excellent hotel with excellent staff."

"This was by far one of the top three best hotel stays of all time!! I can’t remember a more attentive staff at a hotel in my life."

"We had a great stay. Marlena (hope I’m spelling that right) was incredibly helpful upon check in and set us up for a comfortable first few days in London. Thank you!"

"Great concept , affordable and convenient! Great location and felt very secure and professional. As long as you know it’s a small pod and shared bathroom facilities then you won’t be disappointed. Only negative is , would prefer the Aircon to have cooled the pod better , seen as you can’t open a window , but maybe just a fault on the day."

"Everyone was SO friendly and genuinely kind. Nothing was too hard and all done with a smile and politeness. Amazing location, top hotel, would consider staying again on my next trip. My son loved it too, it really was the staff that made it."

"My walls were dirty. All night I didn’t sleep as I could hear water rushing through pipes above me. I didn’t bother to complain at the time as I only stayed one night."
