We booked this stay as a part of our holiday to Hanoi and couldn't recommend this enough. I personally loved every moment of this cruise, from the communication with Bhaya, to the logistics of the transfer, our complimentary upgrade to their better boat, the service on board, the food, the happy hour and activies. It was all fantastic and a great way to see, travel and learn about Halong Bay. Thank you to Kevin and his team who exceeded all of our expectations!

Perfect service- absolutely recommended

We were pleasantly surprised to have been given a complimentary upgrade to the higher-end Auco cruises! The cruise itself was amazing, the staff went all out to make sure our needs were taken care of and their service was simply fantastic! There were also various activities like kayaking and cycling which we could enjoy. Personally I felt that the pace was a little slow as there was a lot of waiting time in between the activities but if you don’t mind just chilling out and enjoying the breathtaking scenery then it’s not a problem at all!

We had an upgrade to Bhaya Premium but really there is nothing about Premium, little quantity of food, schedule is not respected, the principal of the boat does not know I. Details about the village and the cave! Do not consider doing again with Bhaya Cruises!

Boat and all activities were great and well organised. Nothing felt rushed and all were enjoyable. Small group and good food and drinks, which were reasonably priced, esp during happy hour. Transfer was prompt and very comfortable...executive van with plenty of legroom and recline. Jessica and her team made the experience very enjoyable

Great Halong Bay Experience

Overall good stay and no regrets booking with Bhaya Cruises. Two things worth considering: 1. We booked a 3 Day / 2 Night itinerary, but the overall operation seems more catered toward the 2 Day / 1 Night crowd. There were repeated activities on the 1st and 2nd & 2nd and 3rd days, which whilst they were enjoyable activities we didn't want to do twice. 2. We paid extra for one of the better rooms on 'Bhaya Premium', but knowing what we know now we probably wouldn't do again. The better rooms have extra space, a balcony and are located on the upper deck. In practice, the extra space is nice but not really necessary, the balcony is too small to be usable for a couple, and the upper deck location doesn't offer much more vs. being on the lower deck (which still has outward views / big windows etc.)

Great to discover Halong Bay

We spent 2 nights (definitely more activities and fun than for 1 night) on Bhaya Cruises 3 and really enjoyed our stay in Halong Bay, probably the best option! The boat was beautiful, the food delicious from breakfast to dinner and the staff super friendly. The 'Terrasse Suite' room was really worth the extra dollars! The company was also very professional in organizing transfers for us from Hanoi and to Ninh Binh.
