"It seemed like an older property that the up keep is hard on. They are doing a great job on a difficult project. The staff was great, parking was very convenient. Price was pretty high for my perceived value. In Marriot's defense, most properties in the area were for this weekend."

"House was clean and decorated nicely! Zero issues with check in. Area seemed quiet while we were there. In the house bio it states “fenced backyard” and we took this to understand it was a “fenced in” back yard that we could allow our dogs out to run in. However, that’s not the case. There is a fence between the 2 properties that runs the length of the property lines but nothing that fences in this particular back yard. Our dogs had to be leashed each time they went out to potty or play. Wasn’t a deal breaker, just want others to know if they are traveling with pets"

"My husband and I spent an incredible 9 days here and already want to go back! The listing was exactly as represented, we loved the balcony especially! The condo was very clean and comfortable to work and relax in. My husband worked the first week of our stay and the wifi connection is very fast. Having a large kitchen was great for a longer stay. The location is a fun, central hub to walk around Muskegon, with a coffee shop downstairs, small local shops and a yoga studio across the street. There are also tons of really good restaurants in walking distance! There is even a beach shuttle directly behind the condo that runs frequently."

"Wonderful getaway!! We loved our space. Great views from the upper level of downtown & the park. We loved all the natural light from numerous windows. The bed was very comfortable & the shower wth deep tub was nice. We walked everywhere except the beach. Highly recommend!!"
