Spacious and comfortable business/ conference hote

Nice and comfortable hotel for business trips, room was large, in good condition, very quiet. Only criticism was lack of choice in restaurant and one has to ask for the room to be made up , which I only realized when I came back late from a business meeting and had not been explained when checking in. Other issue was that they charged more than indicated on the Hotels.com booking, which I only found out by chance - they did refund me though but it could have easily been overlooked. There is not a great deal to do in Hagen though..

Goed hotel, je komt tot rust en ontbijt prima.

Het hotel kan ik aanbevelen. We komen hier vaker. Het enige nadeel is het diner. Ze doen hun best om exclusief te zijn, maar dat heeft tot gevolg dat de kaart moeilijk te lezen is, de gerechten niet te begrijpen zijn. Ongetwijfeld goed bedoeld, maar het resultaat is knudde. De laatste verandering was het aanbod van vele veggie gerechten een een fixe prijverhoging die in geen verhouding staat tot de kwaliteit van het aanbod. Dit is al een paar jaar zo en staat niet in verhouding tot de uitstekende kwaliteit van de rest van het hotel. Een goede herziening van de kaart, zowel het uiterlijk als het aanbod van de gerechten zou op zijn plaats zijn.

Goed hotel met goede service. Mooie nette kamer. Jammer dat er geen airco was, bij 24 graden werd het al bijna 30 in de kamer. Gelukkig kregen we een ventilator te leen, hoognodig tijdens een hittegolf die volgde. Uithebreid en goed ontbijtbuffet. Italiaans restaurant vlakbij is aanrader. Verder ligt het wel wat verder van de stad, maar daardoor ook wel rustig

Tolles Seminarhotel. Leider war der Seminarraum und das Zimmer viel zu warm und keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Service und Essen absolute 1A und die Umgebung und das Hotel sind super schön. Der Innenhof sah bisschen ungepflegt aus, aber vielleicht wird das in den Sommermonaten anders.

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt am Check-Inn, alle notwendigen Hinweise haben wir erhalten. Küche schließt am Abend um 21:00h, wir waren auf den letzten Drücker unterwegs und konnten noch in Ruhe unser Essen auswählen, bestellen und genießen. Highlight: Frühstück am Sonntag bis 12:00h - sehr umfangreich und lecker, für alle was dabei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

"We verbleven deze keer één nacht, maar we komen hier vaker. Het verblijf is ons opnieuw uitstekend bevallen. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is duidelijk in het voordeel van de kwaliteit. Het ontbijt kan nog een klein verbeterpuntje gebruiken: we misten de pain au chocolat en croissants.

Lækker hurtig overnatning

Booked i sidste øjeblik men blev taget godt i mod og omgivelserne var skønne. Lækkert hotel… Sengen vi fik var lige til den bløde side men det er jo en personlig smag og ikke kritik af hotellet :-)

Dette er andre gang vi bor her på vei mellom Skandinavia og Frankrike. Dette hotellet er supert, og de har en meget god frokostbuffet. Vi kommer til å bruke dette ved en senere anledning også!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Arkadeon, aber diesmal nicht zufrieden nit der Sauberkeit suf den Zimmer. Toilette noch schmutzig. Beim Frühstück hat zum 2 Feiertag Lachs gefehlt. In der Bar gab es nur wenig Auswahl an Getränken, bzw. keine Cocktails. Für uns als Familie nicht zufriedenstellend. Sorry
