"Overall I was happy with the room. It was very clean and was great for my 1 day stay. Went to the food trucks near Costco for dinner. Was a local bakery near the restaurant that I went to and it was pretty good (about 1 away). "

"The place was not stocked up well and the appliances like coffee machine were dirty. Things were minimally maintained abd the beach equipment was so dirty and smelly, I had yo wash the beach towels before using it and beach chairs wete all stained and smelly. But overall it was clean."

"This condo is really is close to the ocean. Swimming pool just feet from the condo patio surrounded by a lawn with lounge chairs and BBQs for your use, then a sea wall. You can hear the waves breaking, but can't see them unless you stand on the sea wall. There is no sand beach close by, but if you walk to the end of the street, Haycraft park is there with nice sand beaches. If you sit on the patio the air conditioner is all you will hear when it is running. The condo is older and not well...

"What a view!!! Can't get any closer to the ocean. Saw many whales from the balcony in the distance - bring binoculars! Clean, great shower with plenty of hot water, very comfy king bed, heated pool & hot tub, amazing central location to more easily reach Haleakala, Hana, the airport, etc. Thanks, Doug!!!"

"We can truly attest that this is the perfect property if you are looking for a beautiful view, long quiet walks on the beach, and a comfortable and friendly environment! The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed for a day at the beach (towels, cooler, ice packs, beach chairs). We had no issues requiring the onsite manager but he was always around to have a friendly chat with. The owner was also friendly and available at a moments notice which eased our minds for a worry free...

"We so enjoyed the quiet, peacefulness of Kihei. Wish we could have stayed longer as the weather the last week of Feb was rainy and/or VERY windy until the day we checked out :-( We got to see a mama whale and baby swim the length of the beach on our last morning..... was thankful to a young boy on ground that called out to his sister! If we ever make it back to Maui, we will check for availability.We loved our stay at the condo; complex was clean, quiet, never got into pool as it was too...
