"Overall property condition is pretty new and very clean, bathroom is a bit small but setup very creatively to maximize space utilization. Location is close to tram tracks, so can be a bit noisy. Room has a washer only, no dryer, limited hangers to dry clothes maybe provide a foldable drying rack so that guests can put it out on the balcony in the summer or in the room as the room is pretty spacious (we have kids so we have more clothes to wash) "

The roof onsen is great and although the Hotel was rather busy during my stay there was always room in the hot bath ( not crowded ） and for dinner may be 1 or 2 min waiting at the most. DO NOT MISS the dinner.. absolutely great.. stay with the all you can drink plan and you are doing more than fine! Absolutely recommendable hotel… tons of parking on top.. only 6 min by car from the airport!"
