YuYu Hakone - Private Open Air Onsen Usage Guaranteed
The staff was friendly and the breakfast beautifully presented and delicious. The bed linens were old and there was a moldy smell in the main rooms. The toilet seat functions were intermittent and the heater was loud so that we had to turn it off. The property could use some updating.

Ryuguden
We stayed only for one night but we had a wonderful and peaceful experience. The first day was a bit cloudy and we were not able to see the Mt. Fuji but the next morning we got a very privileged view of the mountain cloud free just from our room rest area. The food was amazing. The staff very kind ...

Hakone Shichifukuso
A great room with amazing views of the lake and Mount Fuji. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, including giving lifts to local restaurants and the bus stop. The Onsen shared the same views. A vey tranquil place to stay.
