Excellent location, easy to park car, restaurant on-site was very convenient, and all staff I interacted with was helpful and friendly. It is a really big property situated near all the harbour activity. Lots of things to do, places to go in the area. Big art scene.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily. Parking was included and really great. Parking was underground and your room key was your parking pass. The pool was beautiful. The restaurant food was delicious.

Everything was good during our stay. The M club and Harbourstone food was amazing. The best part was that the property is right on the boardwalk, so taking a stroll or sitting harbour side is as simple as stepping outside the door of your hotel. There wasn't a thing I didn't like! Lovely place.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The tub drained incredibly slowly, the do not disturb sign was so crumpled, it wouldn’t stay on the door. Upon arrival, only half a roll of toilet tissue was in the bathroom. Location was convenient. One of the reception staff was very helpful.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful from the manager Kitty to all the staff at the front desk. Good location, bed was also very comfortable. Nightly price almost $600 a night is too much considering the cleanliness of the hotel and the two restaurants that have the same exact menu.
