This was by far "THE BEST" hotel I've stayed at. From the valet young men, to the doorr staff, to the front desk, and lets not forget the restaurant and housekeeping. They greet you by your name and make you feel at home. The food was 10/10 especially the chocolate chip cookies. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely spotless, outstanding service from every single staff member no matter what their position, subtle scents throughout, excellent view of the harbour and square, fabulous breakfasts, gorgeous decor. Had a problem with them calling me sir for the first part of the stay. They eventually apologized and made up with a bit of a credit on my bill. Otherwise.. attendants and bell boys were very friendly and helpful. Liked the hotel overall but not really well designed for women. Not enough mirrors and lighting is just average. Room was very clean and in good shape.

The hotel and surrounding area is beautiful. The rooms are lovely and modern. The restaurant drift left us very underwhelmed, and the restaurant staff were not nearly attentive enough for the price point and style.
