Important Information:
1. Gatherings: A 3-night minimum stay is required for any gatherings or events.
2. Late Check-Out: After a 15-minute grace period, a fee of 10% of the daily rate per hour applies. Stays of 10+ hours past check-out will incur a full day`s charge.
3. Early Check in and other requests: please contact us in advance, and we`ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
General Rules:
1. Visitors: No visitors are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon by us.
2. Shoes: Please leave shoes at the foyer.
3.Carpets: Be careful not to stain the wool carpets.
4. Smoking: No smoking inside the property.
5. Toilets: Do not flush items that are not suitable for toilets.
6. Insects: Keep doors closed when unattended to prevent ants/insects from entering.
7. Garbage: Discard garbage in the correct bins (compost, general, recyclable).
Optional but Appreciated:
While you are under no obligation, we would greatly appreciate your help with the following tasks:
1. Garbage: Bag the garbage and place it into labeled large bins.
2. Dishes: Sort the dishes and run the dishwasher.
3. BBQ: Clean the BBQ after usage.
Final Reminders:
1. Reservation Responsibility: The person who made the reservation is responsible for the actions of their group of guests/visitors.
2. Liability: We are not responsible for any damage, theft, or injury, but we are available to help to the best of our ability should anything occur.
