3 night stay excellent position and location very quiet road close to the lake one way and 5 minutes from the train station the other way Staff were friendly and helpful rooms clean typical ibis layout if you have a late flight there are lockers available at 2 euros for your bags

Fine but expensive

An excellent location if you want to be near Alster Lake or the train station. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was fine (average). The rooms were very small (as advertised) and the was no room service nor gym and luggage storage only for a fee. Overall an OK hotel.

The location for the property was excellent, easy to get to from the train station (HBF), and there were many good bars/restaurants within minutes walk. The area was quiet too. The elevator was sporadic. Also a few times the doors from the stairs were open/accessible to anyone.

Credit card caused issue.

Nice, simple hotel with good location. Had a problem with paying for parking, as they only accepted cash, so had to walk all the way to the railway station to find an ATM.

Some staff were helpful. Good breakfast. Several staff were rude and not helpful. No air conditioning for first three night and window opened to very noisy (all hours) train station. No ice machine and TV did not work.

Die Alster ist vom Hotel zu sehen und nur ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Auch das Alsterhaus und den Jungfernstieg kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke und somit gibt es eine super Verkehrsanbindung.

Locatie hotel is goed, want op loopafstand station en centrum. Kamer netjes, groot genoeg en voorzien van handige faciliteiten. Badkamer is wel klein. Prima ontbijt. Ontvangst kan vriendelijker en informatie beter.

Der erste Eindruck ist gut. Aber am nächsten Tag beim Frühstück sieht's nicht mehr so rosig aus: Brötchen nicht richtig ausgebacken, Tassen dreckig, Auswahl an Wurst/Käse billig, manches Personal unfreundlich... Im Zimmer gerissene Bettwäsche, die Reinigung findet nicht statt - nur Tücher werden ausgetauscht (und das auch nicht richtig), kein Kühlschrank, kein Wasserkocher ect... Und wenn man früher da ist, zahlt man fürs Koffer da lassen - und die Fächer dafür sind so klein, dass man mehrere fürs ganze Gepäck benötigt. Im großen und ganzen Augenwischerei. Für den Preis bekommt man in vielen besseren Hotels ein Zimmer. Das werde ich beim nächsten Mal auch tun.
