Great location - very convenient, just a short walk to the train station, restaurants, and museums. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay very pleasant. The only minor issue was a slow drain in the shower cabin, but it didnā€™t affect my overall experience. I enjoyed my time at the hotel.

A relaxing + comfortable overnight stay in Hamburg

Very good location across the street from the Hauptbahnhof and close to the main shopping area. Easy access to the metro in order to visit other areas of Hamburg I.e St Pauli. The hotel is nicely decorated and well maintained. The room allocated was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. There was a fridge and a bottle of free water in the room. The breakfast provided was very good with hot and cold options available. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider the hotel again if I was revisiting Hamburg.

Good location and an OK stay

Chosen for location next to main station, the whole experience was good from start to finish. Room was spacious, WiFi was good, breakfast of a good standard. Small negatives were the weak air-con (I was glad it was not a hot night), the horrible plastic undersheets (I slept on the spare duvet), tiny bathroom and low water pressure.

Perfect stay in Hamburg

I like the hotel position, near Rail Station and City Center. The room was perfect, clean and cozy. Many TV channels including Italian national channels I like to watch for news and sports. The breakfast was almost perfect.

The room is clean and there is no place for your clothes. I chose this place since it was close to the train station. But with that you get noise traffic and rowdy people. Just a trade off. Iā€™d definitely stay here again.
