Charming hotel that makes you feel at home. Nice rooms. Quiet. Nice surroundings. Easy access to city center of Hamburg. Excellent breakfast. Everything was great accept the lack of room service during a 3 night stay, i.e. no cleaning or fresh towels.

the state of my room was not clean the dust could be found along in de bathroom and toilet. The telephone number what you should call has no connection with the owner. I will never return to this hotel

Convenient, comfortable but

Lovely room, bed comfortable, bathroom functional but dated. Convenient to help settle my daughter into her new apartment locally in Heimfeld. A little annoyed that the room was not cleaned after 2 days as listed on the room information - I was staying for 4 nights - I questioned this with reception who shrugged and said the cleaners had probably forgotten to do it! It wasn't cleaned the next day either!

zwei Nächte Aufenthalt

Tolles, natürlich und ruhiges gelgenes Hotel mit schönen Gelegenheiten zum Spazieren. Ich hatte ein sauberes Einzelzimmer, leider kam aus der Raucherecke im Garten hin und wieder die Raucher-Luft in mein Zimmer. Das Bett sehr komfortabel und ich konnte gemütlich und ruhig schlafen.

Trevlig personal!

Så bra service av personalen i receptionen! Perfekt ställe att stanna på över en natt eller liknande. Sängarna var sköna och vi var nöjda med rummet. Hotellet ligger i ett villa område så det kändes som ett tryggt område.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht, hatten aber bloß eine kleine Decke und ein Kissen. Es gab auch niemanden mehr an der Rezeption in dem wir Fragen könnten. Haben sehr schlecht geschlafen. Zimmer war auch ein bisschen schmutzig.
