This is a nice modern hotel with spacious rooms, nicely located close to public transportation in the most colorful part of town. Also close for needed amenities right next door and even has their own parking garage. Great find.

Great stay at the Radisson in St Pauli,room had everything I needed,bar area was also ok for a beer waiting for mates which also offered free tea & coffee. St Paulis was a bit rundown but knew that before booked. The hotel did what I wanted it to and is also a short walk from the S bahn if you are getting the train in from the airport,which is also a bonus

Clean and decent hotel

Nice hotel. Boring that there was no meat during breakfast. I missed bacon or sausages…. Or similar. (The pancake machine was popular for the kids though).

The room design is full of sense, new, comfortable to live in, and the service staff are polite. And the bathroom also has underfloor heating. Breakfast is abundant, it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the subway station, and there is a large supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient

Good and close to the lively streets of Hamburg with its party and pubs. Very close to public transportation. Despite being close to the party street we didn't experience much noise from our room.

simple and practical stay in a great location. The rooms are cleaned every 3 days, which I was okay with. There was no water in the room, so grab yourself a bottle from the shop right next door.

For the most part, it was a pleasant experience comfortable accommodations, smooth check-in, and a welcoming atmosphere until I encountered an overnight staff member at the lobby he was tall, bald, and with an energy that shifted the entire mood of the night. The automatic doors had remained open, He yelled at me: “What part of close the door did you not understand?” and “Take responsibility for your actions.” His erratic behavior left me uneasy, my stay quickly turned into one shadowed by discomfort. It even crossed my mind to leave and find another place to stay. That one incident, unfortunately, altered my overall experience.

Dirty Rooms

The hotel is very dirty. The rooms are very very dirty and the bathroom has a horrible smell which I think was the plumbing. The wifi didn't work at all for my 1st day but was fixed on my second day. The reception staff were nice and friendly though.

Quick trip to Hamburg

Very conveniently located for the S1 Reeperbahn subway stop which is on a direct line from the airport. Good buffet breakfast. The person who checked me in was pleasant and friendly but the process was quite slow and I was quite surprised that the charge for the stay was simply billed to my card without any receipt being provided. I was glad however to be given a room immediately on arrival which was earlier than the official check-in time. I noticed long lines at reception whenever I walked through the lobby. The key card to my room didn't work to operate the buttons in the lift so I had to use the stairs. The room was clean but basic - no tea/coffee maker although there is a machine in the lobby advertised as available 24/7, and no room safe. Some of the walls were quite heavily marked.

Staff were very friendly and enabled an early check in on arrival which was much appreciated. Hotel was spotless and ideal location for transport and walking the city. Free coffee 24/7 was a lovely bonus too.
